She is the childhood friend of Ace and a love interest. During their young age, Rutia & Ace were playing but then suddenly fell over a cliff. Zoffy found them and held on to them till helps arrive. When both Rutia & Ace grew up, they were trained under Zoffy and became his apprentice. Both Rutia & Ace become Ultras after the light of the Plasma Spark hit both of them. Later on, Rutia was assimilated into a Remodeled Ultra. She then betrayed Ace to their master by knocking him out. Rutia revealed to be the central Processor when Ace was being Remodelled. Ace was freed and started to fight his way through the facility. He stopped when it came to destroying Rutia. Rutia saved Ace by giving him her Color Timer that is her Light. Her soul later on was resided in Ace's Color Timer and that is also the cause of Ace's second ring The skin...WELL~! her ring thingy on her back head,The design is too small and i can't make her look like a woman!
