Rylee | OC | Contest Entry skin description

This is for the Third Round of Eddy's and Elli's Contest. This last theme is Wastelands, and I actually found it difficult to get an idea, but I finally did ;v; I fell in love with this skin somehow, so I had to make it my own character (another OC, hAh) The idea of her in Wastelands is that it's all black and white, and she carries around her fish in a tank behind her back (idea from Eddy so credit to em) named Edward. But she enlightens her soul and life with colour; a lot of it too. It's boring there, but also dangerous. The colour is all just her imagination, but she plays her part.
