The green things that drop down from the cotton need some work, but overall I think this skin is okay! Whimsicott is one of my favourite pokemon from generation five, and now it has the Fairy typing in generation six! Prankster Leech Seeds, Prankster Substitues, Giga Drains, Prankster Thunder Wave, this is basically Klefki with more recovery and a typing that still can't do a thing to fire.
