Serif (my Inside Out/Undertale OC) skin description

This is my OC Serif. He is a Inside Out oc but also a Undertale one at the same time. His species is a mostly cotton candy elephant-cat-dolphin (similar to Bing Bong from Inside Out), but he has powers like Sans from Undertale, therefore him being an oc of both those universes. I used a green sans skin that I found on Skindex as the base for this. I don't know who created the green sans skin because Skindex doesn't show who made what skin. Don't ask me why, ask the creators of Skindex. :/
