Sorry for so long with no new uploads, I have been very busy with school, I will start getting them out as soon as I can. but anyways, the reason you came here, the Skin! so, this skin is a shiny Victini from Pokémon, I used a skin from Novaskin as a base, then changed it to shiny, as soon as I find out how to see who made the skin I used as a base, I will credit them here.
