Sonic Joey skin description

The Sonic Joey got laser eye surgery and filled the hole in the bottom of his head. Idunno, a minor tweak. If he likes it, he's welcome to it. If not, it wasn't much to do xP. I also made his mouth similar to Nebris, as that was the influence stated. ^^.
