He's a dandy guy.. in space! Though the blue hair is certainly something you probably didn't expect. No, this skin is simply my design for space dandy, though I could have done the jacket sleeves a little differently.. but I'm proud of the work! It looks pretty fashionable. This skin was intended for my brother, but feel free to snag it! What good is a skin without showing it off?
