Spaceman Strato skin description

Trying out a new shading style, and I think this one will stick. We'll see how long I stick around this time though :-/. In the meantime, have this spaceman-guy-thingy. Also trying out the partial translucency feature that was added while back. Pop-Reel 8/23/2017
