stats update... skin description

Well now that I'm actively skinning again I am accepting requests again so just pm me. Also I would love to participate in this months skin contest but annoyingly enough I already posted my Persona on here over a year ago, and my other persona would take way to long to create. So until next months contest it's going to be my usual cyborg skins and request skins. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This skin is not my best I know.
