Stradiot 1 skin description

Stradiots were mercenary soldiers from the Balkans that fought in European armies as light cavalrymen. Venice's involvement in the Balkans (and more specifically Greece) led them to become the 1st Western European power to employ the troops. Albanians and Greeks alike joined ranks and fought under the Venetian banner. A notable General for the Venetian Armed Forces was a Byzantine General named Konstantinos Graitza Palaiolagos.
