This hooded bandit roams the seas, ravaging passing ships for treasures. He uses his left hand (engulfed in an otherworldly blue flame) to punch through the decks and hulls of his victim's ships. He can easily destroy large boats in one single blow. Some say his Cabalistic powers come from the very ocean itself. But no matter the origin story, you don't want to come face to face (or fist) with this omnipotent sailor! (First official contest, hope you enjoy the skin!)
