Tossin' ideas around skin description

I'm working on some class project with a friend where we have to design characters for a book, so we already have some base ideas and I wanted to make one of the characters, that we somehow ended up naming Spade, probably because we were playing cards in Language Arts, so my friend and I were throwing around ideas for her outfit and ended up with this! Any feedback on her and ways we could change up her appearance would help, 'cause..neither of us are very good at making coordinating outfits all the time..
