The problem with all of these superheroes nowadays is that they don't plan ahead! With all of their physical durability and magical capabilities, they still only prepare for the fight, when they are face to face with the villain. Into the spotlight comes the superhero they never knew they needed, Traffic Jam! The genius in him is that no villain can simply speed past or avoid him at all. How is a bad guy going to get away if the little traffic light he has around his neck shines red? He can't really control it at all, as he dropped the controls to change the colors in a sewage drain, so he has to rely on luck for it to blink to red when a bad guy comes along. His karma doesn't seem all that great thus far.. He is dressed as a traffic cone.. Or, well, meant to be at least. In reality, he purchased an orange jumpsuit the moment he thought up the concept of being a superhero and then tried spray painting thick white rings around the sleeves, legs, and body. It didn't work out all that well, as the rings are a little wonky and accidental paint splatters drip down some parts of the suit. There are also rips in the attire, credit to him running into the middle of traffic to test out his new abilities and some trouble ensuing. Part of this is a black eye, but nobody needs to know that - not if he wears some cool shades to cover it up! Despite his poor luck thus far, he's still optimistic, wearing an admittedly off-white smile.
