Traffic Signs skin description

So, I had no better idea other than this creature. Yes, the shading's terrible, and the signs unrecognizable, but skins don't give you much space to work on. This poses a challenge: can you find each sign? I wasn't able to create any warning, restricting or mandatory signs, because all these signs are round, triangular or any other shape I couldn't properly integrate. Some signs are also near impossible to spot (such as the underside of the head). Feel free to use the idea of a traffic sign creature, maybe a MUTCD-influenced version (like the signs you see in America)?
