Underfell Papyrus skin description

This is mainly an edit/recolor of Kill3rCreeper's Papyrus Skin, which can be found here: http://www.planetminecraft.com/skin/papyrus-undertale-3566813/ Made in Skinseed. This skin was made because whenever I searched the term "Underfell Papyrus", little to no skins showed up, so I decided to make my own. If I may have broken a rule in recoloring a skin, I will remove this upload. Anyways, enjoy.
