Urban Hero skin description

I thought I'd create something along the likes of a superhero-esque skin, and so this is the result. As always, I'd love to hear some feedback, I can always modify the skin in any way. I am also taking suggestions for my future skins, as I'm not too good at coming up with fresh ideas. ;)
