Velocity skin description

I took my time making this skin and since I'm a huge flash fan, i decided, to make MY OWN version of a speedster that i would love to see one day be in the comics or the TV show(If i can even afford it). It's sort of a godspeed and zoom hybrid that instead fights for the good of man kind. Hope you enjoy the skin! Ask for permission to edit please. :D Don't forget to leave a diamond and subscribe!
