Duke Reinhold von Leitner was my first character on Velorae. Being born as a second brother to Woldemar von Leitner, he spent his days traveling the world and courts of Lagrica and then Auvergon, having his son, to be named Nicolas, with a woman from the latter. Returning to Versau according to his now Count brother's orders, he would look over and guide the heir Klaus von Leitner, though he'd break the vow he made to Woldemar, one based on "staying out of politics". Reinhold immediately worked with his nephew to form a city watch monopolized by the family, and had started a major parliamentary faction. His story is a bleak one from this point onwards, but you can learn more by looking into Fables of Velorae's progression log. This was a major character in Velorae politics for some time, so if you choose to use this skin for the server you will find you're actively prosecuted and, once found, to be flayed and impaled. For this reason I ask you do not use this skin on Fables of Velorae.
