Hailing from the north this glory pledged warrior sails with battle brothers and sisters in his drekkar dragon ship to pillage and plunder the rich and well supplied settlements across the north sea or further south to the lands beyond. returning home with gifts and food and maybe exotic goods to sell or decorate his home, maybe even a scar to show the ladies in the tavern. A raider he may be but really he is not a wicked man, for he too has a home to defend and maybe a family to honour and in a harsh land where the stones are cold and crops poor is it not easier to take from others especially when your gods would encourage it.Equipment : a chainmail vest covering his ornate cotton shirt and a steel eye guarded helm and wax leather boots for the high seas ahead, and a strong nose that can smell a barrel of mead from a mile. His weapons of choice would be a large round shield and a melee weapon like a sword or hand axe, better trained men would have a spear to fence with or even throw. Fortune favours the brave.
