okay yes pasteldan is not technically an oc, but i still felt he fit the topic okay so i was just browsing pmc and looking at people's ocs and finally i broke down WHY ARE PEOPLE'S OCS SO CUTE all i want is a flower crown wearing, pastel bab with bandaids but i'm so terrible at character design i can't ;-; Also, I wanted to add clarification. Yes, I can design a character that has all those things. But that's the problem. Everyone's OCs are like that. I want someone cute, but still unique. Like witchu's bab Rodney. I seriously doubt the existence of another character with pufferfish hair and that is why i struggle
