From the Witcher 3; I didn't like how the collar or hat turned out, so i just put on an Arming Cap. The Witch hunters of Novigrad, nearby Oxenfurt and the surrounding Velen region are members of an armed organization dedicated to persecuting magic users, both amateur and professional. Having been members (most of them) of the Order of the Flaming Rose, their operations are officially sanctioned by the Church of the Eternal Fire. In The Witcher 3, they act with the full support of King Radovid V.
