NCR Ghoul skin description

(first off i have been playing a lot of Fallout New Vegas i recommend it its really fun) This is a ghoul who got depressed cause he was there when the bombs fell. He was out of the blast but the moving radiation. He spent his time moving from settlement to other settlements, but he was discarded, no one wanted a ghoul. He joined the army hoping it would kill him. What he didn't know is that he was really good at war and he slowly went up the ranks of the army and become a Lt. and the rest us history (please dont cuss.)
